"When Myth Incarnates in the Waking World"

A very, very basic overview of Kabbalah, like a ten minute primer.
...Kaballah 101.

This is a really great primer for those of us who have not studied Kabbalah. It seems to me that there is a phenonmenal amount of mythic resonance in the study of Kabbalah, namely, the Hebrew alphabet,
numerology, and the tarot, and a whole host of other correspondences that can be applied to the Tree of Life. A discussion of the same would make a very interesting forum post indeed.
Something you said that I found very pertinent to many of our discussions here on Mythorealism. Starting at 4:20, when you talked about the inability of kabbalists to describe (ineffability) the Ain, Ain Soph, and Ain Soph Aur, and how the applications of physicists to extrapolate using natural laws of physics to the point of Singularity, or BigBang, 'break down'. It seems to me that this is one of those places that simply cannot be grasped with the intellect, and much of this forum is directed to just such things. My question is this: Do you think it is possible to apprehend the 'before creation' part, in a mystical way? Do you know of any biblical person, maybe Enoch, who (figuratively) might have done so?
Don't worry, more than one of us has trouble using the word 'God', particularily since this forum is directed to those of all faiths, religions, or creeds, but we freely use the word where it is so indicated. And please note, when I do so, it is to be very loosely interpreted, and used as a matter of functionality of the word, rather than a specific designation of what I believe to be 'God".
